A native of Florida and a Boston PR veteran, Tom enjoys live music, working on old houses and cars, writing, karaoke, and spending time with friends, family, and his eternally curious dog, Woody.

With nearly 25 years of professional communications and executive coaching experience, Tom Keppeler (he/him) is a professional coach, communicator, and executive. Trained as a journalist, Tom brings a reporter’s sense of narrative to every facet of his work to help clients tell better stories – both about themselves and to themselves, as well as to audiences large and small.
Along the way, he has worked with some exceptional mentors, who taught him how to unleash creativity, tell compelling stories, and create results that move audiences.
Tom’s work includes communication leadership roles with some of the world’s leading healthcare, medical device, and health IT corporations, including Thermo Fisher Scientific, InterSystems, as well as American Heart Association, Boston University and Tufts University.
He has landed stories in in The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, the Today Show, 60 Minutes, Dateline, and others. He has managed major corporate crises, product launches, mergers, and acquisitions, and has overseen complete rebranding efforts. His work includes video testimonials, groundbreaking internal communication initiatives, and social and employee advocacy campaigns that get results.
He holds a B.S. in Journalism from Boston University, where he was a National Merit Scholar and graduated Magna Cum Laude.
